The growth of our restaurant business is underpinned by our novel food menus, quality service, and notably our ability to secure attractive locations. Today, Pokka has restaurants and food outlets in Hong Kong, Singapore and Macau, most of which are situated at accessible spots with brisk consumer traffic. Quality & Innovation The innovative culture at Pokka is also reflected in our restaurant business which has an extensive portfolio of distinctive brand concepts to capture a broader spectrum of the consumer market. To name a few, we have the café concept under 'Pokka Café', authentic Japanese cuisine under 'Tonikichi', fusion-style restaurant 'Pasta Café' and specialty dessert outlet 'Rive Gauche'. Besides emphasising creativity in the design of each of our outlets to offer a distinctive ambience, we also regularly introduce new culinary creations to provide fresh dining experiences and cater to consumers' changing tastes. Efficient Central Kitchen Concept To ensure consistency in the quality of food and reap economies of scale, we employ a central kitchen concept for our restaurant operations in Hong Kong and Singapore. Our recently expanded central kitchen in Hong Kong has the capacity to support up to 30 restaurants in the territory.
