Buyer cum Planner
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall demand and production planning and inventory control for the business unit 
• Ensure sales target are achieved or exceeded by effectively managing inventory and optimizing production capacity
• Process and co-ordinate with sales to ensure orders are built and fulfied as per production capacity
• Manage inventory to ensure product availability
• Co-ordinate activities with other OEM on finished goods transfer
• Conduct weekly demand and supply review on Finished Goods, Raw Materials and Packaging
• Participate in new product launches and design changes
• Ensure all procedures are done according to ISO, or other certifications

• Diploma in Business or Supply Chain
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in FMCG and Oracle A Plus will be an added advantage but not necessary
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
